Our prices

1.    Prices and Discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of 2 persons.

For every additional person we charge 12,00 €/night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, electricity, heating, bread-delivery service and final cleaning.

2.    Discounts for children

Kids up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
I bambini da 2 fino a 8 anni pagano solo il: 8,00 €.

3.    Pets

Upon request and for an extra charge, you are very welcome to bring along your dogs and cats.

4.    Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: When booking, we kindly ask you to make an advance payment of 150,00 € per week.

Payment: The bill can only be paid in cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept debit cards, credit cards and traveller’s cheques. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 3.000 €.

5.    Arrival and departure

Arrival: Check in time is 4pm. You are welcome to call and check whether the apartment is available at an earlier time.

Departure: Check out time is 10 am.

6.    Cancellation

We look forward to seeing you. The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations made up to 5 months in advance of arranged arrival date are free of charge.
• Cancellations made between 5 months to 2 months in advance of arranged arrival date incur a charge of price of 50%  of your holiday.
• Cancellations made within the last 2 months prior to arranged arrival date incur a charge of the price of 100 % of your holiday.
• In case of late arrival or earlier departure we charge 100 % of the apartment rate.

7.    Cancellation insurance

The bookings will be considered valid only after written agreement by both parties and are then binding. Late arrivals and earlier departures cannot be considered in the price, you will be charged the full amount of the stay. In case of a cancellation at short notice, guests are bound to pay the accommodation expenses for the whole stay.

As there is always the chance that something might go wrong before or during the holiday, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

8.    Exlusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided. We reserve the right to make changes without notice or to amend the information. Only the specific service offer or the booking confirmation is binding. For external links we can – despite careful control – assume no liability. For the content of linked pages exclusively their operators are responsible.

9. Data Protection

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
